Attended the 2nd annual Mare Island Dock of the Bay music venue yesterday. We had VIP tickets which was an area situated in the middle of the two stages with direct access to Mare Island Brewery - Coal Shed Brewery and the indoor restrooms. Great venue. Family and dog friendly.

One coal shed was filled with vendors selling all sorts of goods: jewelry, art, handmade soaps, homemade peanut and cashew brittle (which I finished off last night), plants, clothing, etc. There was a variety to look at and browse through.

Another coal shed housed various food trucks with enough choices to please everyone’s taste buds. I ordered from the Bonito Poke truck. Traditional poke bowl with spicy tuna. It was delicious and much more than I could eat.

We had a great time and am looking forward to next year!
