Great concert venue. Lots of free parking and an easy walk to venue. Not one of those huge arenas, so every seat has a great view of the stage. After the show, exiting the arena was surprisingly fast. Only drawback I saw was exiting the parking lot. Should have had someone directing traffic on the main roads to speed up process.
BTW...Get The Led Out was an incredible show!

My first time there! Saw "Whose Live Anyway" show with a friend. It's a decent size theatre and the seats aren't too crowded together.
There were no lines at all for entry, they have an excellent system with multiple (very friendly) people scanning tickets and checking bags. Be aware that they do have size restrictions for bags and if you violate it, you'll need to go back and hide your bag in your car. You can find details on their website and on the printed tickets as well.
Inside the theatre itself it looks different than most, with whites and light beiges rather that the deep reds that one would expect, which I think is odd and honestly makes it look like a high school auditorium.
One thing that may be considered problematic is that the orchestra's center section is one very long section. If you're seated in the middle you may have to disturb ~30 people just to go to the restroom.
And to be honest, the worst think about the King Center is the parking. It's horrendous. Perhaps not such a problem unless it's pouring rain outside.
Overall it was a decent experience, and although the facility itself wasn't so impressive, I am thankful that Melbourne has such a venue that brings us great shows, so we don't have to drive all the way to Orlando (and back late at night!) I am looking forward to seeing my next show!

The venue is pretty nice; there's food and drinks outside, which is nice if you arrive early. Seats aren't the comfiest, and the screens for the upper level are terrible. The camera is super overexposed, and you couldn't make out any faces or anything. Pretty sad for a "major theater" like this.

This is a very nice venue for a concert or live show. Most the seats have great views and the sound is very good. Also has a decent concession area. Only shortcoming I found was the Men's restroom needs to be larger.

I think it's safe to say after a dozen shows at least to leave a review for King Center. We have been coming here for many years and have ALWAYS had a good experience. It's nice to have a local venue that gets great shows up the street from the house. It's definitely starting to show its age. However, that adds to the charm of rhis place for me.
The volunteers here always go out of their way to help. The sound is always great, and the seating is comfortable.

I always love going to the King center for special events and concerts of all sorts. They are well accommodating and comfortable and the ambience is just right. We were there for the graduating class of Eastern Florida College, 2024.

This is a tough review. Let me start with the positives. The sound was really good and the paid staff were very professional in there dealings with the paying customers. The venue was clean with a nice outdoor sitting area for an up charge.

Now a few of the negatives. A fire alarm was activated an hour before the show and everyone was evacuated from the building. Even the people in the outdoor area were "shooded" away by volunteers. When these volunteers started being asked the simplest of questions the most common response was " I'm just a volunteer". One volunteer screaming for everyone to back away from the building, moving the patrons was a necessity but her screaming NOW! NOW! NOW! was completely unprofessional and upset more patrons than my wife and myself. As much as this venue upcharged the tickets they can easily pay for training for these volunteers or hire more staff and minimize the use of volunteers. The stair and elevator set up is the worst I've seen at the many venues I've attended. If you have any type of walking or climbing steps issue be very conscious of your seats.....you will ride the elevator to the top but will have to walk down to your seats and then back up those steps to get back to the elevator, the steps are a little deep. If you are sitting in the middle of a row, you will have to excuse yourself across 30 plus people to get to the stairs to go to the restroom. For me to return to the King Center there would need to be a lot of corrections or a group I couldn't get any other time.....really not a good experience.

This was my first time at this venue and most likely my last. My wife wanted to see Matt Mathews: Bougey on a Budget and this was the closest venue to us to where we didn't have to drive for hours.

There was PLENTRY of fee parking and getting into the building was easy enough but then once in, you immediately get disappointed. If you wanted to do nothing but drink, you were set all night but if you wanted something decent to eat, it was only snack foods or VERY over-priced pizza that was not good at all. Once we were able to be seated, I am not a small guy, the seats were a little tight because it felt like a high school auditorium instead of a theater.

Then the shows started there was sound issues from the start and after about 15 minutes they finally got that situated but then the "picture Nazi's" showed up. They would not allow you to take photos or record (which I can definitely understand the no recording) but they needed to have that visible to the customers instead of an older woman literally climbing over people to yell at them to put their phones away and disturbing people that weren't doing anything.

Once the show was over, getting out of the parking lot was a little trying because there were no red lights on the side that we tried to exit, so it took a little longer then we had hoped.

The venue tries, I will give them that but I will not make the trip again to see anyone there. Be very careful when deciding to see any kind of shows here!!
