The floors were an amazing first experience, seeing the constellations there on the floor and learning the patterns by looking at them. There's a touch rock here. Pretty neat.
I love all these little facts everywhere! Learn while you wait.

My wife bought the tickets. So I can't say if it was worth the money.
The presentation was meh. It was a school field trip with my Granddaughter. So that made all worth it!

We went to watch the panda movie from National geographic and had a good time. Everybody working there was incredibly helpful and kind. The place is super clean. Lots to do and enjoy here with your family.

THIS WAS SO FUN !!! I went there with my grandma cousin aunt and sister to the light show and looked around this was amazing I love it 10/10 highly recommended for anyone who is looking for smt enjoyable to do if ur really bored or anything so pls come to this place if your looking for anything to do!!!!

Absolutely wonderful! Took my 5 year old son to watch on of the kid shows. They included the rollercoaster ride after the show. Definitely a great experience and we plan on coming back as many times as we can.

So where to start, the theater smells of urine and feet, not slightly but horribly bad, the oder is so strong i cannot believe they haven't done something about it already. I understand you get school field trips but do you not clean up after the kids have left? When was the last time the seat upholstery and carpets were cleaned or even changed out?
My kids love the shows, when they have shows, we just went in and found the staff member who claimed he wasn't on the clock was napping, stated that Friday night laser shows were discontinued and was very condescending while "explaining" he wasn't on the clock and there was no show so we waisted our time. We did get the membership so we could enjoy the perks of it and with the idea in mind that the amount of times we come here it pays for itself. But in the end it's pointless because we only came to the Friday night shows and now the only ones available are the special event ones and those we would still have to pay half of the price. Yeah there are other perks like museums and the likes of such but we would have to travel to do those and the only reason we got the membership was, like I said for the Friday night shows.
Clean the floors and the chairs, update the website and put up signs that are explaining the changes at the front desk, and hire staff that isn't so rude.
Why did you discontinue Friday night shows?
In the end I feel we have been cheated out of the money we paid for this pointless membership since even though we paid a good amount of money we would still have to pay extra to see the Friday laser light shows you now only show as special events......
Pointless waste of our time and money.
