Bringing in a small guitar I purchased at a garage sale, I was helped at once by one man beginning to tune it, another finding the correct strings for me to have on hand, I needed a travel bag so I could take it to my grandson, and a perfect fit in a lightweight inexpensive bag was found, in the interval the guitar was polished up, and once in tune, was being played - i was helped to find good picks.....left the store spending less than $50.00 with what now looked like a new guitar, tuned and protected for travel and a very fun experience because those employees loved music and their jobs and made me feel important.

Man, I dropped off an abused Epiphone Les Paul for re-stringing and also had a slight vibration in my second string. When I picked the guitar up a day or two later it was close to brand new as far as appearance and sound. Thanks for going the extra mile in making my guitar a little better than it was. Great company and staff!

Love this store. Getting guitar lessons. Instructor is great and doesn't get too far ahead of you but pushes you just enough to make you better. One lesson made me better so I will keep going. Bought my Fender 66 here, too. Good price.

What's not to love? I get to take my $150 Rogue bass in to have maintenance done for like $30 (maybe less idr) and while I wait I get to play around on $2000 guitars (whithout being harassed or getting the good ol' "can i help you sir") and shoot the breeze with the cool staff when they're not busy.
Oh, and those dudes.... insanely educated in their profession. Idk what the requirements for working at Mundt are but dang. I have a feeling each person has forgotten more about music and instruments than I'll ever know.

I bought that Ovation that someone else wanted, I'd say it's worth $1500, at least the black and white one I wanted when I was sixteen, but this one has a great wood finish that I couldn't ask for more. If you are nice they might let you put a musical flyer on their sales counter 🙂
