I had an amazing experience at the MOAS in Daytona! The exhibits are beautifully curated, offering a perfect blend of art, history, and science. The planetarium show was breathtaking, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The museum is well-maintained, and the outdoor gardens provide a peaceful retreat. It’s a fantastic place to explore for all ages. Highly recommend visiting this hidden gem!

A definite destination if you’re in the Daytona Beach area!

I’ve driven by here several times while in the area for work but never stopped u til my adult kids asked to go.

We were all pleasantly surprised to see how extensive the collections were in the various galleries and were very glad that we opted to buy tickets to the planetarium to watch a presentation.

The Audubon exhibit is a definite must see but make sure to get the free audio device that explains the history or if you’re lucky, like we were, get a live tour!

We were very impressed by the art but were even more appreciative after we learned of how hard it was to create each individual piece of art.

We will definitely come by again next time we’re in the area.

The MOAS was amazing such a large and detailed museum. There were so many items on display we spent over two hours inside looking at all of the displays. If you enjoy history and artifacts then come here. Great experience!

Beautiful experience. Time well spent. Beautiful displays of art and science.
Florida history and science at it best. Spend a day with the family and or friends and enjoy learning new things that stimulate the mind, eyes and senses. What a treat!! Friendly environment great and great visual art.

The MOAS is reasonably priced for a family to spend 2 or so hrs of entertainment. Younger kids will love the kid areas where you can pretend play and do experiments. Older kids will more likely enjoy the planetorium and different movies they show several times a day. Ample parking, no lines and light crowds makes this a nice laid back family outing. The place however is very aged and is not well maintained, especially the children's areas were really bad with half of the experiments broken. Overall its a nice museum if you are within an 1hrs drive but I would not come here if travelling from farther as other major cities have larger and more up to date Museums and Childrens science centers.

I have come here on many of occasions. On field trips with my children and or just for pleasure. The staff is always there to help and support you. They always are there to assist you with any questions. The exhibits are always interesting and interactive and fun. The field trip side is also amazing. They always have things for the kids to do. They always have a kids interacting asking for volunteers. They even come out to the school and do program programs with schools. The museum is always trying to find ways to be engaging with the community.

This Location has a Very Kid Friendly Section of hands on Science. The Exhibits are Really Nice. The Planetarium is a delight for Space enthusiasts. The cost is reasonable. An Annual Pass is recommended if You plan to visit at least twice in one year. What a beautiful museum complex! We didn't have time to see the planetarium but hope to return. We purchased memberships for future visits that also includes admission to reciprocating museums throughout Florida. It's a great bargain! And you get discounts at the MOAS gift shop!
