My fiance and I purchased wedding rings from NASR and could not be happier. They resized my existing engagement ring to fit into the enhancer and it looks absolutely beautiful. Nasr Brother Jewelers is the real deal. Elie, the owner, is super helpful and knows his stuff when it comes to both finding the perfect piece and repairing jewelry. It’s a family-owned business, which I love because you can really feel the personal touch and care they put into everything. My wife and I had an event we were to attend but needed a couple of things done. I had never been to Nasr Bro before but I called and asked if they could accommodate me.

When I arrived I was pressed for time but the friendly folks at Nasr said no problem. My failure to pre-plan was not Nasr Bro problem but the exceptional service was awesome!

Just wanted to take a moment and thank Eli and his staff for the up most impeccable, professional customer service anyone can ask for. Far from what I have experienced at other locations when shopping for fine jewelry. We were nicely greeted at the door, and we knew what we wanted. After providing little more information our sales associate showed us other/more options as well. Instead of shuttling us to someone else, we were escorted to what we sought and as it turned out we made another special purchase. This place is such a pleasure to shop at. Beautiful, clean, and organized with a great selection. Tamara is just the sweetest and helped me pick out my Hamilton Khaki field. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. This is definitely my new watch shop.

They have a great selection of Seiko, Tissot, Hamilton, citizen, and victorinox. If they started to carry Omega it would be the only place I would buy watches. Tamara is the highlight of the place and I will definitely be coming back.
