I had an incredibly bad experience with this agency. The model arrived 45 minutes late to the shoot, which caused additional expenses for my entire team to extend the time on set and the location we rented. To make matters worse, the agency only sent a text to let us know past the call time (when she was already late) with no estimate of when she’d arrive.
When I asked for compensation for the delays resulting from her arriving late, they refused, claiming that traffic was out of her control. Considering she lives in Toronto, it's reasonable to expect her to anticipate these factors — especially since my entire team was able to arrive early.
I’ll also add that prior to the booking when we asked for a picture of the model’s nails, they were visibly overgrown and unkept which is unacceptable for a shoot. When we asked for them to be redone, the agent stated that it would have to be at our expense. For an agency to send a model in such an unacceptable state is beyond unprofessional - they should show up blank canvas and ready to go.
As a marketing agency, we've worked with numerous modeling agencies, but this has by far been the most unprofessional experience, particularly with Sean. I would not recommend working with them at all.
