I have filed a company with the better business it's better distrect attorneys office.
The Sacramento branch came 3 hrs late. Drove all over town with the windows black out so you couldn't see where you were. Wanted me to sign a blank contact before they let off the ambul

Brendan (and John) helped to transport me Friday night/Saturday morning from Tracy Sutter to Manteca Doctors hospital. Before they arrived to Sutter to get me I was in afib. I had just gotten into a normal rhythm when I was told I was going to be transported. I was terrified thinking about the ride in an ambulance and how it would probably onset another afib episode. But Brendan (or Brandon?) arrives cracking jokes and calming me down effortlessly. He has a way of making someone feel safe. I didn’t have another episode during my transport or time with him. He made sure the Sutter RN actually gave me the meds they told me they would but had forgotten to actually do before we left. Brendan, thank you for taking for being such an amazing person. I hope our paths meet again and I’m able to thank you in person some day. ❤️

Need to tach your drivers to drive safely. and not cut people off that are hauling horses. Just because they didn't want to get be hide us. And there about to miss there exit.

My mom, who has Alzheimer’s, was transported by Nor Cal Ambulance from John Muir to a rehab facility in Moraga. The two women were very kind and professional, particularly Joyce, who took the time to explain everything she was doing and to be very sweet to my mom. Thank you!

on 7/22 of this year I had to use your service to be transported to Washington hospital in Frémont,Ca, The attendants were nice with the exception of 1 who was rude and instead of politly asking to keep our Chihuahua quiet he yelled, this was rude of him and unprofessional, other than that the service was good.
