Our event was rescheduled due to a COVID outbreak among the performers. But Old First Concert's website does not provide for ANY way to communicate about ticket refunds. The email confirmation for the event contains only a calendar (.ics) file, no ticket images or codes. This is a very user-unfriendly way to manage customer (non)interactions.
