I do not recommend this agency. They overbooked a model and did not have the curtsey to let me know in advance about it so I had to accept the replacement and they made me pay full price for them. My clients had to wait because models were arriving late and the situation was so stressful and tense for everyone, so the environment was not pleasant to work in at all. And the worst part is that I ended up seeing the model they overbooked work for another client in the same event... which was shocking as they told me that she was out of town and could not make it in time to work for my brand... In other word they lied to trap me to work with their agency. Very unprofessional. I'm attaching the photo of the model working for another client... AVOID at all cost this agency.

Love the ONE Management Chicago team! Very profession and friendly staff! Their office is located right downtown in the loop with gorgeous scenic view of the city. What stands out the most to me about ONE Management is that they really push their clients onto the road of success. High recommend this agency if you want to book jobs, travel, and have a supporting team to help reach your career goals as an influencer or model.

I was displaced by a hurricane losing everything and was homeless in Chicago. I went to ONE Management group immediately asking what I could do to work with the agency, as I had modeling experience and was ready to get under contract again. I was told by a fair haired young woman to reach out through email, I did and nothing ever came of it. That is all.

Worst experience ever! They overbooked a model that was not available and warned us last minute about it (not even a day before the event and on a Saturday so we could not look elsewhere) so we did not have a choice to take the replacement that they were offering. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend them. They made us live a nightmare.
