I visited Park & rec for the very first time for an event and had an amazing experience!

We were in the back it was open, it felt perfect! The music wasn’t too loud and they had a lot of heaters.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we always had what we needed. The drink menu was extensive, offering a variety of unique cocktails that were both delicious and beautifully presented.

I especially loved the lemon drop, which had a perfect balance of flavors. The bar also had cozy seating areas, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy the evening with friends.

I can't wait to go back!

Parking here sucks. Meters until 6pm but if you go around the corner on Adams, it’s free. We came right when they opened so it was early enough to find free parking.

This place serves drinks and has music at night. Nice cocktail lounge. They don’t serve food but you’re allowed to bring in your own food. Johnston’s next door has awesome sliders.

Drinks at Park & Rec are delicious and they make awesome mocktails.

I got cruel summer, picture of you and pink Cadillac. Cruel summer was on the sweet side with pineapple nice, picture of you tasted like cough syrup and pink Cadillac was like a spicy margarita with the Tajin on the rim.

Atmosphere is chill with the multiple outdoor area. Nice vibe, plenty of seating.

I can't believe I just discovered this place. We were dining at Madison for dinner next door and decided to come here for a drink afterwards. We went in around 10:00 p.m. so it was just starting to get busy, which is my preferred crowd size anyways. I love that they have multiple bars and a sense of different spaces. When you walk in you enter the first space that has a bar and its own set of music if you continue to walk towards the back you enter an outdoor space that has another bar into the right a dance floor with a DJ and a bar there as well! The multiple bars really spread out the line so you didn't have to wait forever for a drink. And wow, drinks are so affordable! I ordered two drinks, wanted tequila soda and one a Mezcal Paloma and it was $22 in total! I really love this spot it has something for everybody, if you want to just chill and talk and their outdoor space or in their front bar, or head to the dance floor in the back.

What a cool spot! Came here for a DJ night which was awesome. Not too too packed on a Thursday night but enough people to get a good vibe and enjoy the night. Full bar with some specials for the night. Great interior and DJs were super!! Would definitely come back for another girls night out or just to chill and enjoy the night

This place is hoppin'. Big crowds on weekends. Space is tight but lots of fun. 20s-30s high energy crowd.

Staff is awesome. Only downside is the almost total absence of parking in the area. That is a city planning issue of course so no dings on the stars. Take an Uber or walk a block or two. Worth it.

A few months ago, Park and Rec started hosting an event for songwriters on Monday nights called Writer’s Round. It’s an intimate space in the bar’s “greenhouse.” It’s an open mic styled event that features local songwriters, with two rounds of random performers taking turns sharing their music and the songwriting process. Artists like Lee Coulter, Rachel de Koekkoek, Evan Diamond, Joshua Taylor, Lauren Leigh, Jeff Berkeley, Lisa Sanders, and Aaron Bowen. Such an organic spot to catch the songwriting community.

There's a really beautiful bartender that works the patio bar most Fridays and Saturdays. She pours the best drinks and really knows her stuff. Her husband is one lucky dude
