I bought a product and had the box to return, used my credit card so there is a receipt trail. They first said I would need a box and receipt. When I talked to them a second time they said I can’t return it even with box and credit card receipt trail. The product was not compatible with my device which is why I needed to return it to get the proper item. I am now out $80 dollars 💸 . There was no sign posted stating no returns or a no return policy. If I had known that previously I would have saved myself the headache and ordered from a big box company instead of trying to give my business to a small company trying to encourage small business prosperity. No good deed goes unpunished I suppose.
