Jacob was so very helpful. He went out of his way to take measurements for me and then we went back and forth for a week making sure we had the etrac installed where they needed to be! Someone hit our trailer and bent our axle, our work trailer was down. The repair shop that had our trailer couldn't get another axle for 3-4 weeks. Nick at Platinum Trailer group got us 2 brand new axles in a week! We had to make an 11 hour round trip to get our axles and fender and was a little nervous. He reassured us and called us on his day off to make sure our axles were on the truck! He sent us pictures of our new parts with the serial numbers just to make us feel better. We picked up our parts, he helped load them in our truck and was beyond helpful. Our trailer is repaired and better than ever! Thank you so much for helping us get our trailer back on the road as fast as you did so we are back in business.

Bought two trailers from Jake Metcalf at Platinum in Trumann. Drove out from SE Arizona to pick em up.
Great prices and very nice trailers.
A 29ft gooseneck deck over tilt and a 14’ utility cost me about 2mpg difference. These trailers track nice and true.
Buy from Jake, you’ll be glad you did.

We bought a dump trailer 3 weeks ago. We had them order a tarp kit for us. Not only did they over charge us but after we waited 3 weeks I called today and was told if we wanted it any sooner even though it’s been 2 extra weeks since their estimated arrival time there’d be an extra charge for faster shipping. So we contacted Load trail directly and the tarp kit was only 262.99 and free shipping, not only are they charging us 137.01 extra but they’re also are wanting more money for shipping which is free on the load trailers website. This is my honest review, I choose this company because of its 5 star reviews, but be careful with the sales man and their false guarantees.
