COMFY LITTLE PLAYHOUSE! My Mom found this small theatre behind Hemet's Ramona Bowl and told me how fun it is! I had the pleasure of watching my former drama teacher perform as Annie Wilkes in RHP's (Ramona Hillside Players) adaptation of Stephen King's "Misery." Shout out to Ms. Monica Reichl! This was a happy surprise as I had no idea this playhouse existed and I've been up here by the Ramona Bowl countless times! It's literally right next door.

I'll definitely be returning as they seem to have a good selection and rotation of shows. The RHP playhouse has about six or seven rows of seating. I was impressed that there's stadium seating here, no heads blocking you here! There's a separate seating area to the left of the auditorium called The Rose Room which has "complimentary" cookies and water, it's suggested you leave a tip if you pick something up. Most of the staff are nice, only the box office lady was kind of a weirdo.

RHP is VERY community-based and they're always looking for volunteers, actors, stage hands, lighting and more! The cool thing is if you volunteer you'll get to see shows for free!

The venue is nice and quaint and perfect for the area it serves. The play we saw was Misery and it was performed well it was fun and enjoyable to watch. The staff were friendly and helpful and showed us to our seats. The reason I only gave 4 stars was the parking lot needs to be replaced, I know that it is shared with the Ramona Bowl so they have no choice but to deal with the situation. We will come back to see another play here in the future.

Very well performed play. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality for such a small theatre. We will likely attend future performances. Check it out.

It was a lot of fun and entertaining. It's easy to see from every seat but the seating is a little cramped

It was the first time I've been there, and it was charming. They had disabled parking, seats, and restrooms. During intermission, we were served free drinks and cookies, although you may contribute something for the cause. They actors and actresses were available on our way out after the play so we could comment & encourage them. It was very nice.

We saw a performance of Amorous Ambassador recently. We had a wonderful time. The actors did a marvelous job. This is a very nice little theatre with about 100 theatre type seats. They serve coffee and cookies during intermission, which was a nice touch.

This was our first visit. The staff was friendly and informative. We are going back to see Drinking Habits on May 11th and bringing some friends with us.
