First time and last time dealing with such a liar. My son bought me a 450bm. At dunhams. The extraction didn’t work. So I’m thinking if I take it to Randy’s it would get sent in faster and I could get it back. WRONG!!!!! I dropped the gun off at Randy’s on November 18 , I waited until middle of December to call about it. I was told that ruger was way behind on getting guns fixed, ok seems legit to me. Called again, was out on hold and told it’s not back yet. So I called ruger and found out my gun wasn’t in their system at all and never received it. I told them what I was told by Randy and I was told that I was lied to. So now I’m pretty upset, called Randy’s again. Got a runaround once again and told them what ruger told me. Well guess what people? Randy told me to come and pick up my gun. After I was out on hold to see if my gun came back and was told it hasn’t yet to being lied to about it even being sent in. Randy you are so unprofessional it’s pathetic. Oh should I also say I threatened to bring the law into it if I didn’t have my gun or know where it s before I finally got a HONEST ANSWER. Never again will I deal with such a pathetic liar. It’s gambled in caro for me from now on. At least they are honest and work with the people.

I drove up to Randy's Hunting Center yesterday and purchased a Ruger M77 Hawkeye .450BM, I am from out of state and it was worth the 10 hours of driving. 1st I am very pleased at how the purchase went. The staff was all very friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. Randy personally spoke to me and over saw the whole process. I got to look over several rifles and choose my wood. When I returned home I ran a cloth over the rifle and took an even closer inspection of the gun and it is in flawless condition. The rifle and scope is perfect and I can't wait to get back to my roots using a Ruger M77 this fall in the Ohio woods.

Great selection on guns and prices are actually reasonable. They typically have a plentiful selection of ammo for a mid range price. I make sure to swing by anytime I am in town. The staff are always friendly and ready to help you. You can also find Randy's at gun shows and the like, keep an eye out!

Great store with a ton of options but it's hard to get any help unless you're a regular. Stopped in this morning and they were very busy so I understood that there would be a wait, looked around the store and let the place clear out some. Went up to the counter after pretty much everyone had left and wasn't even acknowledged. I understand there is paperwork to do after a sale and wasn't going to leave a review until a gentlemen that they knew walked in looking for something and was helped immediately.

Like I said tons of options and somewhere I might shop in the future but definitely not somewhere I will drive out of the way to go to again.

Good luck everyone there’s still 5000 of these stocks out There (per the owner, Randy) you could be one of them getting scammed like me.
I finally spoke to Randy for 30 minutes today the owner. Randy taught me everything about How expensive his BMW wiring system is and if I want a good gun, I have to pay another $800-$1000 more.
Well Randy, I think I understand how you’re able to drive a BMW way to screw over a veteran.
I’m bringing the BB gun stock back you gave me for my 450. I don’t want you to go without. Thanks for selling me a gun I’ll never be able to hand down to my son or grandchildren.

I spent a lot of money on a left-handed
custom maple wood stock on a new 450.
The 450 started shooting all over the place 4 to 6 inches off the target. I sent the scope in to Leopold and they sent me a new one, even after telling me there were no issues. When I brought the gun back to Randy’s to have the new scope installed, Kevin noticed my custom stock was split All the way through in two places. I was told this was a known issue for these wooden stocks made by Boyd’s and they stopped using them. Randy’s put on their standard black stock And told me to call Boyds to see what they could do to help me. I’m not calling Boyds. I bought this gun from Randy’s.
This parts is most important…
I left my name and number for Randy to call me To discuss a better stock than this BB gun one they gave me. I did not receive a phone call on Monday As promised by Randy. I will never buy a gun from here again or recommend it to anybody.
