Beautiful historic house and wonderfully preserved and restored. I wish the outside areas (not in the house) is open more often to the public. It was interesting learning about the history of the place. Not many people at this location despite it only being open twice a month.

My friend had a wedding here and it was very beautiful. There's a separate grassy area for the ceremony and also a tree lined area for pictures. For the reception, some of the tables were indoors and some were outdoors in a grassy area surrounded by palm trees. The venue was very accommodating considering that the place wanted us out at 8 pm and we didn't finish packing up and cleaning our stuff until around 9:30 pm.

Everyone was very sweet and enthusiastic. A very interesting snapshot of bay area history. We went during the applefest and it was a lot of fun to try different apples and real cider.

Nice park. Somewhat busy but families and kids were respectful of space. Play equipment looks about 20 years old but in good shape. Lots of dog walkers and strollers.

Absolutely beautiful place for a wedding or any event. Large enough for a large gathering but still perfect for a smaler group. Buildings and grounds are historic and well maintained. Staff is helpful and accommodated all of our requests. Plenty of parking and easy to find. Highly recommend this venue for any occasion!
