Good place to store things! The only problem I had was getting the door fixed. It was messed up when we rented the unit in August 2023. Called to make a service call. Maintenance came out to fix it, but it operated the same. I couldn’t open the door by myself at all. I always needed my spouse or another person with me.

We like this place, it’s a good price for a decent storage unit. They have cameras on site. We did find our unit open one day, though, and the one beside ours as well. Nothing seemed to have been taken, but it was very strange.

It was nice being able to rent a storage unit online. They sent the codes and the information to my email. It was super great that the first months rent was 50% off special for new customers.

After moving everything into the unit the lock part broke. I was able to call them and they quickly answered and resolved the issue. They are very polite, only complaint is that they are a little pricey but you pay for what you get afterall

I have been with them for year I’d say now and I love that I haven’t had no issues making payments, security, damages or any problems. Thank you for giving us a nice secure space for our extra items we can’t store at home
