Mike was beyond helpful. This place has some beautiful guitars. Best of all is the interaction and customer service. He helped me and my boy pick out his first ukulele. He also educated me on a few guitars. Will definitely be back to get my next guitar here.

Andy and the staff here are great. They took good care to select the right beginner guitar for my friend and then immediately put the guitar through some helpful adjustments to make it easier for him to play. You won't get this level of care and service at a lot of big box stores.
They've got a customer for life.

I've been in here multiple times through the last few months as I've gotten into the guitar and bought my first few pedals from here and everyone who works here is so nice and welcoming... except one guy. I came into look at some pedals for a new guitar I had ordered online but didn't have yet but they were out of the main one I came in for so I wandered around looking at all the guitars and amps. I saw a guitar similar to the one I had ordered and I was so excited for it I couldn't help but grab it and play it and see how it feels. The main guitar tech was in the same room working on something and he politely said "you can plug that into an amp if you want it sounds better that way" I didn't want to be in there too long so I just said oh it's fine I got one of these on the way just wanted to mess with it for a second and then he got annoyed and said "so you ordered one online and came into my shop just to play around on mine? Way to support small businesses man. Really good job supporting small businesses" it felt like I was just stabbed in the chest he just sucked all of the joy out of me so I sat there silently for a second hung the guitar back up and walked out. As a college student working part time I have to look for good deals and it was extremely unprofessional to try to make me feel guilty cause I found a better deal online and was still willing to buy other things such as an amp from here. I will never be returning again. So good job supporting small businesses by pushing customers away

I came in looking for help on the set up of my electric guitar. I made the attempt to do my own set up and hit a snag with truss rod. I couldn’t get the action right. They took the time to walk through it with me and helped me get back on track. They are such a nice group of people there. Very helpful, very knowledgeable and they treat you very well. If you’re looking for a non-corporate, locally owned business that doesn’t treat you like a line item, but a person. This is the place. I am a customer for life. Don’t take my word for it. Go see for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.

Definitely a great experience. I came in looking for guitar straps, but I left with some more knowledge in how to play and care for my guitar. The staff are very friendly and talented, and are willing to help you, especially if you’re looking to learn more. :))
