I have this high-end bass ,that because of dead spots I was wanted to sale.I read the reviews regarding the repairs done at this store. so I took my bass there. The reviews are SPOT ON,my bass plays 50% better. Renown saved our marrage,Im back in love. with this bass.I wont sale it now.I had a repair man in Menphis, who also was a bassplayer work on this bass.He didnt notice or fix the dead spots at all.The guys at Renown did..

Fantastic store! Helpful and kind staff. They were giving lessons while we were there. They had a great assortment of guitars basses and some drum gear too!

I cannot endorse Brandon Toney and his company, Renown Music, enough. Brandon has provide exceptional guitar service including structural repairs, cosmetic repairs, setting of action and intonation, fretwork, and pickup replacements for all of my guitars. I trust Renown Music completely for my luthier and repair work as well as have my two kids in music lessons. We are lucky to have such a trained and accomplished luthier right here in North Little Rock.

Hey! Just wanted to give a shout out to Brandon Toney of Renown Music in North Little Rock. Took my MusicMan Stingray to Brandon to do a set up. My bass came from the factory in virtually unplayable condition. Brandon was able to adjust the neck, bridge, pickup height, and intonation to put my bass into perfect playing condition with a set of new strings which I provided. And he did all this work in the space of one-hour! He thoroughly explained every adjustment he made on my bass. Brandon clearly has masterful skills when it comes to servicing guitars. And he's a great guy! I was about ready to trade-in my MusicMan but now, after Brandon got his skillful hands on it, you couldn't pry this bass out my clutches for any amount of money! It's a keeper! I highly recommend Brandon to anyone in need of guitar repairs. Thanx Brandon for a job well done!

Renown Music has turned into a second home for my son! He started out with beginner guitar lessons and has since taken acoustic, jazz, and drum lessons! He played in the rock band is now an intern soaking up tons of knowledge! He’s now building his own guitars and is currently working on his 3rd build! I’m so grateful for the Renown crew!!

I’ve been taking guitar lessons from Renoun Music since Sept 2022. I started from scratch and can now play some basic stuff and am having a great time. The guys there are great my teacher Travis Bowman is a world class guitarist. Did I mention I am 76. Highly recommend as a non -intimidating place for young and old. Reasonable pricing and many services.

Love how the fixed a banjo I was given. It needed a lot of work. They were up front about all the needed work done. It's looks great and sounds great. The price for the repairs was not outrageous and, in fact, less than I thought it would be. Thank you
