They are condos, so there are a lot of differences between the units. I had a great stay recently in a clean room with a responsive host. However, I know someone who had a terrible stay with discoloration/ mold in the bathroom that triggered horrible allergies. The building is older, so there do not seem to be bathroom vents, which allows for mold/ mildew issues. I do not know why they do not get little dehumidifiers to help with this issue. It is a really great location with a short walk to the beach, restaurants, etc. However, the closest grocery store seems to be over a mile away.

Great little property, 35 units individually owned & operated as a short-term rental complex. Heated pool, pet free, non-smoking/vaping. It has a slight New Orleans vibe based on the outdoor lighting, large outdoor seating with umbrella tables & lounge chairs, and gas grill. The beach is quiet, and just a 2-3 minute walk from the front gates.

Unit was not as described!!! TRS cleans the unit does an atrocious job!! We had dirty dishes in the kitchen cupboards, no toilet paper, bathroom floor was beyond disgusting. I myself cleaned the unit and all of the dishes, pots, pans, glasses, silverware, utensils....everything!!! See pics !!! The piece of filthy toilet paper was our bathroom floor!! Unit 212... the owner will not do anything for you or about it. The pictures are the way I found the dishes in the cabinets when I arrived !!!

Stayed in Room 216 Cindy was our host. We had a great 3 night stay with my little family.. She put a lot of effort In the decorating and the furniture was so nice. Such a cute condo. Theme was very beachy, we felt like we were at home. & supplied of a lot what we needed and then some. Def recommend her. Shes very accommodating and attentive of her tenants & checked in with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We will sure to be back and rent with her for our next beach stay. The place in general was over all was amazing as well. Family friendly, Quiet, and a quick walk to the beach. Wish we would have gotten to enjoy the pool more. But there's always next time

Clean, fun and affordable! Only a minute walk across the street to the beautiful beach! The room had everything we could need, including beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys! The pool was clean and at a perfect temp. Can't wait to come back again!

We did not have a great experience at this condo. There we bugs in the Tub. My legs were all bitten up and this morning when I stripped the bed I found a bug in the bed which I killed and took a picture of. The room is very dark and has a bad odor to it. The kitchen supplies were dirty and would not even think of using them. There was no room to park some nights and the other tenants were very loud. This was not a pleasant stay at all and we would have checked out sooner but we couldn’t find any openings near by.

We will never stay here again and definitely not recommend
