Simply unprofessional. Late at answering emails, dont pick up phones. We made an appointment for our daughters with the agent Jennifer Fite, we arrived right on time and a gentleman opened the door and didnt even greet us or adviced if we were going to be attended, he left to keep working with a lady in the desk next to us, so we sat down in the entrance not knowing what to do and we saw the same man and the lady just carry on with their duties. Since we didnt know if Jennifer Fite was adviced we were there, we asked if Jennifer worked there and if we were indeed announced since no communication had been given, we had a very rude answer from who turn out to be Jennifer Fite, stating she was busy and she would attend us when she was done. Fyi she never even turned or looked at us since we got there, nor introduced herself, and she was right next to us the whole time, which we didnt know. Quite a first impression, please stay away from this agency, if that is the way they treat their potential model / family, cant imagine how they treat actual models/clients/etc.
