I wasn’t going to leave this review because I wanted to remain professional but enough is enough. When I had my first meeting in person about two-three months ago everything was going well until I stood up to take my digitals and they seen how tall I was. Now mind you I am 6’4 and my height is not a ridiculous tall. I was told that I was too tall and that my look wouldn’t fit runway modeling but more so commercial modeling which was very discouraging for an aspiring model. I was asked to go and get measured and send in my exact measurements and I did so within the span of two hours after my meeting. Fast forward to me waiting a week and a half after I sent my measurements, just to get told I was too tall and didn’t fit the look of the company. Now I know I’m not an expert, but since when is a 6 foot 4 model too tall? I just feel that it was totally unprofessional to waste my time just to turn me down when they could’ve just told me no at my initial meeting.

We love Select Models! Our youngest daughter who is 17, has been signed with this agency for almost 3 years. Marion, her agent is the best! She's real with us about the possibilities our daughter has to be a WORKING model in the industry. It's like family and we love it! The bookings she's garnered have been perfect and have allowed her to be compensated far above what she may have received being a "freelance" model. Like I said, we love Select!

They take every precaution to ensure the models are placed with clients in which they know them to be trustworthy. The agency has very tenured scouts and employees.
