We've attended events there before years ago, but haven't been in a while. We don't live in the area. We drove from Huntsville to see T. Graham Brown. It was a great concert. There was a mix up with our tickets. Our seats weren't available, but they made things right. We had a nice evening.

Great experience! I can’t wait to go back and enjoy another show put on by Shoals Theatre. They worked hard and put on a fabulous production. Highly recommend. They have a concession area that accepts cash and cards, serving popcorn, candy, drinks, beer, and wine. The bathrooms are located downstairs by the concessions and upstairs in the back. Elizabeth Ragsdale did fabulous!

Edit to add: The Swampers event was amazing!

I attended the Gingerbread Players and The Shoals Community Theatre Proudly Present β€œA Christmas Story” The Play in Florence, Al Sunday afternoon, it's 40th anniversary! This show was under the direction of Jacob Adams!

The play was about 3 hrs. The tickets, popcorn (salty) and treats were affordable. The play was well performed by both adults and children and had a full house. The bathroom accommodations were sparse compared to the attendees. The area outside of the theater was crowded before and once everyone left their seats at intermission (needs to be expanded).

It was an enjoyable play and appropriate for this time of the year!!

I absolutely love coming here and watching plays. The atmosphere is so inviting and the ticket prices and concessions are affordable. The plays and actors are always great. It's such a fun, charming environment.

My only complaint is that I do wish the seating were a little more comfortable but it's not bad enough to keep me from coming back.
