I have attended snowjam for several seasons. It has always been well run and managed. This year 2020-2021 season I was more than thrilled that they have found a way to have both an in-person and virtual event. I went online to buy two tickets. I accidentally purchased two-tickets twice, thus over charging myself $40. I had planned to contact them to attempt a refund on the extra two tickets. To my surprise Andrew in customer service had noticed the situation, cancelled the second purchase and sent me an email with our two tickets. He did that without any prompting. Truly a professional business and they go above and beyond to keep the customer satisfied.

We have purchased the Snow Jam VIP card every year for 10 years. It’s the best deal to go snow boarding at Snow Valley, my favorite snowboarding mountain. Especially for families who want to go board but on a budget. Highly recommend it!!

We've been going to the Snow Jam Expo in Del Mar for the past few years and love the deals we were able to get from all the different vendors and Mountain Resorts. We were bummed that the 2020 Expo had limited vendors at the site, but it still worked out pretty great with the Virtual Expo. We love the free lift tickets to Brianhead and Snow Valley that come with the Snowjam pass so that in itself is an awesome value! Even though there was a little mixup in getting the Brianhead lift tickets, Andrew at Customer Service was very quick to respond and correct the issue! Super friendly and professional! I even lost the email vouchers for the Brianhead tickets and he was able to reissue them for me no problem. Overall, I would highly recommend Snowjam and will continue going to the Expo once its back in full swing.

I love SnowJam so much I honestly almost dont even want to post this review out of fear my spot will get over crowded and prices will go up.

SnowJam is the sole reason my son and I can go boarding so much. Literally the first time you go to Snow Valley for the season it pays for itself. Every time you go you alterante between half price or free. Its crazy. And Snow Valley is an awesome place to ride. I'm a fairly high level experienced snowboarder and Valley has everything I could ever need as far as terrain. In SoCal at least.
And if Bear or Summit is your thing you get some killer discounts there too. Better than Bear itself ever offers. It really is just a no brainer.

Snow Jam is the best deal in SoCal winter sports. Period.

It was kinda sparse this year, probably due to Covid. I picked up a few things I wanted, and used the Snow Valley discount once, and plan on going back. Hopefully there will be more variety this winter. I remember alot more representation from resorts in years past.

Worked as advertised had to purchase at guest services. So only recommendation would be to say go straight to customer service rather than wait in general line then go to that but other than that it worked perfectly excited to go back.
