Our experience at Songbird live was fantastic. The hospitality of staff members, snack/drink selection, and intimate theatre all exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in the door and throughout the entirety of our evening, we were greeted with warmth and felt incredibly welcomed. Tom has worked hard to make the environment feel like a big family reunion. The other businesses/buildings located on the street around the theatre are also owned by the same people, so if you can, go check them out as well! We will be back as soon as possible, even with this place being over an hour away from where we live. It is more than worth it! Let's all help bring this place back to life! It was beautiful to see the place sold out when we attended the Texas Flood show this past weekend!

I am not sure if this venue really understands music, art, and artists. I was really disappointed to listen to Tom's rambling post apologizing for a recent artist's music being "political". Lots of music is political. In particular folk music is often political.

Its hard to fathom a venue owner who seems knowledgeable about and support of artists being so out of touch. Its a nice place to go, but I think I will skip it from now on.

It’s a no for me after hearing your take down of Sara Hickman. Calling her confused is projection. You are confused if you don’t understand what folk music is all about. What a sad commentary about an Amazing artist.

Fun place and unique for this small town. Great atmosphere and wonderful artists/soloists and bands as well. A must check out. Tickets are super cheap and the owners are super sweet!

I have been here twice once to see Crosby stills nash and young fantastic hope they come back again soon and last week Chicago windy city also fantastic will go again in August love this venue will be coming more often
