A story about Shawn Tallard. I've been in this industry for better than 40 years. I remember the dawn of the ecommerce model. I've seen amazing things and wretched things that people do to one another online, within the walls of Pro Audio. Never have I engaged into a large online purchase with finite ship dates etc, until now. I knew about ProSound through friends and decided to give it a try. No hassle no haggle, product knowledge that was second to none with a keen attention to our needs, not what was necessarily "on the floor" and needed to go at some "never before ridiculously low price".
We felt comfortable and with a 30-minute time window, we purchased a multi-thousand sound rig.
Shawn Tallard was our sales agent. He is amazing. Please give him a raise, a new parking place and thank him from us for the experience. Thank you.
