I have done business with Southern Tape and Label for years and their service just continues to decline. I ordered a sign for one of my personal companies their staff member Debbie went back and forth via emails to NEVER submit the order then blame me for the problem. So fast forward a month or so I submitted an online inquiry for the same signage to never even get a returned email. I will NOT chase a company for my business. I will no longer give this company business of any kind either from any of my personal companies or the local roofing company I am associated with. To the OWNER of this company you should really take a look in the mirror and see who and how your staff is conducting your business/ I never had issues with their previous office administrator who unfortunately left.
