I rented the grange because I saw it had decent reviews but I honestly regret it the place was cleanish when we got it and for a small get together it wasn't too bad the issue is trying to get the security deposit back. I've been calling Maria since a week after our event on October 15th 2022 and all I get is lies. She says that the check has been mailed out but it never arrives, supposedly the treasurer was sick but she was going to mail them out the next day this is going on 3 months already and when I called today she said she was out of state and couldn't help me. In all fairness she did say it could take up to a month to get the deposit back but I have a friend that had her event in September and she also has yet to see a check in the mail. It's just getting ridiculous, so just beware if you rent this hall and want your security deposit back it's going to take at least half the year.

Definitely needs to be cleaner and the kitchen area needs repairs and updated appliances if they advertise the kitchen area and its contents are for use.
