The sermon was tedious; sounding like the priest hadn't cared enough to rehearse it sufficiently. He probably said 'you must fear god in a healthy way' close to 15 times. I found the fellow parishioners to be eagerly seeking direction and comfort and perhaps finding it in themselves while attilributing it to the service. All that gold. What a waste. Nice windows though.

It has no ac, is too packed, and the Mass lasts over an hour and a half. The priest has a good message but overdoes it by going over and over it again in different ways. He needs to respect that people also have plans on Sundays to meet with families. Too long. A homily does not have to be long to be effective. Sadly I am not going back.

This is Lemon Grove's Catholic church. Everyone is so friendly there and no one judges you or looks at you weird if you've never been there before. They do so many events to raise money for the community. There is a new priest that explains things in terms we can all understand. He's very modern and he knows what it's like to stuggle in real life.
