If I were on the board of Staples I would be asking the executive team why they are squandering goodwill by facilitating Amazon's Enshitification of their services. It's like they did a thought exercise to come up with every reason people avoid brick and mortar stores, and packed it into the Amazon return experience as a "welcome" for people who otherwise never step foot into Staples. 3 packages PER DAY limit, each scan takes like a full minute with a bunch of clearly contrived steps that result in the line taking forever to move, while you are waiting in an aisle surrounded by random junk & kid's toys like at a Dollar-Store in the back of the Staples ("Front" but completely opposite the door is the back). I've used staples a lot for work-related business over the years, this horrible experience makes me want to actively avoid staples, and of course now there's zero chance of me running errands here with a child in tow because they're trying to change their brand to something less useful. I walked in with a bin of returns and a few things I needed to buy for my office. I walked out with half a bin of returns and a list of things to buy someplace else because you don't deserve my money.

Horrible printing services. They say they will price match, but they don't! They say read the fine print, which negates everything. Then the store manager finally says he'll do it, "just this time." The manager, named Faith, of the print department couldn't understand how to charge me properly. She was so confused! It clearly stated on my previous invoice how much I was charged in the past but she couldn't understand simple math and got easily confused and flustered. In the end she charged me double the price I was promised! There's a tall white male, early 20's, who is totally rude and ignorant. He closed the store prior to closing hours and would not let me in to make a purchase.

Stephanie was so helpful with a rush print order. I really appreciated how quickly she assisted me even though she was busy working on other orders. One of my best experiences at a Staples ever!

Faith the manager and the printing team are absolutely horrendous. I wanted to print a holiday card and called ahead to which the same store said they have same day printing and i should come in. When i come in, they ask me to email my design to their email. Then 15mins later they tell me that for a holiday card, there is a $3 cutting fee in addition to the $1.5 per card cost. Ridiculous. And that they cant give me a sample and cant use email anymore. Id have to now go to their website and start from scratch with the ridiculous price and next day delivery.

Fait was unhelpful and rude and argued creating confusion with the printing lady and her (who was saying somethinh different and offering me a free sample before i placed a large order).

Never going to come here again.

5+ stars for Teresa! I print my holiday cards here and they have always offered same-day or overnight printing. This year, I got a 4-day quote from the website. I called, and despite being incredibly busy, Teresa confirmed they still offer "rush" printing, pushed my order through, and called me back less than 2 hours later to say my order was ready! Will be heading back next year (10th in a row!) to order my cards!

My faith has been restored! After a last minute scramble, close to closing, a wonderful Staples team member, called Faith, calmly and happily helped my colleague and I print 18 presentations for meetings the next day. Free staples and a discount were the cherries on top.

Don't order through Uber or other third party apps. They are not trained to handle returned and refused to accept a return despite providing proof of payment (uber receipt). Said there's nothing they can do. Waste of time - Staples should rethink their strategy if they don't want to go under just like party city or other remnants of past.

The store is alright. They damaged my printer putting in the wrong cartridge verified by two experts.

The mail service IPostal1 is trying to make me pay for a business mail box I never had nor received any mail but in my personal name. They made the error but want me to pay for a business p.o. box before they will correct it.

IPostal1 is pulling the scam of the year!!!
