I recently shared a review (see photo) regarding my experience with the Sales Department at Stevens Creek Lincoln, where I encountered dishonest, disrespectful, and physically threatening behavior. In response to my feedback, the dealership extended an apology and provided a phone number, inviting me to call them because they “would appreciate the opportunity to discuss the matter further and work towards a resolution." However, this offer appears completely disingenuous and lacks an understanding of the situation as the contact number provided leads to the main line of the dealership. Calling the number provided would lead me to the General Manager, Jeff Cruz, the same person the initial review is about. To be clear, General Manager Jeff Cruz is the employee who behaved inappropriately and became physically aggressive. He is also the same employee who ignored then dismissed my concerns on multiple occasions. Given this context, it is unclear why they think I would want to engage with him again. This response serves only to further highlight the dishonest, dismissive and incompetent practices at Stevens Creek Lincoln under the leadership of Mr Cruz. While I would welcome the opportunity to discuss this matter with someone tasked with overseeing the dealership and its general manager, I will not be subjecting myself to Mr. Cruz and his inappropriate behavior again.

My wife and I bought a Lincoln Nautilus from Steven’s Creek a few weeks ago. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating, and our sales person Radek Kubiak was exceptional. He was able to answer all of our questions and made the whole process very easy. Steven’s Creek has a great selection of vehicles and great service, don’t hesitate to give them a call!

The crew at Stevens Creek Lincoln was amazing! There was no lack of congratulations and handshakes after we bought our car. The experience from beginning to end was top notch. Radek was awesome. He was super friendly, answered all of our questions, and even helped me with the Lincoln app and getting my new car all set up. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Buying a car, especially your dream car, is a big deal and he (and the rest of the team) treated it as such with respect and a shared excitement for us. I cannot recommend this place more! I definitely would recommend this Lincoln dealership, ask for JV. From the moment we walked in the door he was a gentleman, heard what we were looking for and delivered. He is very informed on every model of car. The paper signing went very smoothly, JV explained everything very well. He then taught us all the features and how to use them, he even programmed some things for us without us asking.
I’ve been back for service and car washes several times, JV is always standing at the front door with a smile waiting for us to arrive. He then personally handles my requested in a very timely fashion.
We have purchased several cars through the years, JV has made this the best experience in every way. ASK FOR JV if you come here to look at vehicles!

JV and Nelly provided excellent customer service. They were open and honest. They followed through with everything they said they would do. They made the car shopping experience pleasant and enjoyable. Unfortunately, due to circumstances outside of their control, we weren’t able to buy the car we had our eye on as the vehicle was under recall and unable to be sold. Lincoln was supposed to have a fix for the recall by the end of the year. In October, I put a refundable deposit on the vehicle saying as long as it was fixed by year end, I’d buy the car. In early December, JV called and told me that Lincoln said the recall fix was being delayed and they wouldn’t have the fix until March 2024. We test drove some other vehicles but at the end of the day they weren’t the right fit for us. We decided to purchase another brand of car from a different dealership. I had no problem receiving the refund for the deposit and JV was very understanding/non-pressuring about the situation. The next time I’m in the market for a car, they will be my first stop!

Javaid was amazing to work with. We are out of state and he was very available by phone and text to answer questions and send a video of the car. When we went to pick it up he was so friendly and genuine. He made the process quite smooth and painless. We were very impressed with the service we received in helping to resolve a couple problems before driving off the lot. Follow up with those problems has been quick and efficient. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased a new 2022 Corsair Grand Touring from this dealership. The entire staff was very customer service oriented. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. They answered all my questions and worked with me to get the best price for the vehicle. After the purchase I followed up with them on questions that I had with the vehicle and they were able to answer all my questions to my satisfaction. I would like to say that I have bought vehicles in the past and this was by far the best experience that I have had. I would like to mention two staff members that were especially helpful. They were Radnek and JV.
