Staff was very helpful in finding what we wanted . We stopped in to thank a lady that had helped us over the phone, she looked up and found what my wife was wanting, ordered it, and had it shipped to us, other places had just told us, "we don't have that " we appreciate the effort to find some things that are very hard to find, ty and keep up the good work.

That’s cool little record shop in the middle of downtown Springfield. But I loved about this place was that they had everything categorized by either genres or alphabetically. They had some collectors vinyl that were a little too rich for my blood. But, I found plenty from the 70s for great prices. We hit it on the way back home so I didn’t get to spend a lot of time there. Can’t wait to get back and give it an hour to go over all the selections.

The guys at Stick It know a lot about music of all genres and are super helpful with anything I need or if I have any questions. If I don't see a CD, vinyl, etc there that I want or if one I want is out of stock, they've ordered them in for me. They have a huge collection of CDs, vinyl, as well as band clothing and cassettes. Highly recommend!!

I have never had a bad or disappointing experience. I've been to Stick It more than a dozen times and I plan on coming back soon. My favorite record shop by far!

This was the best record store in the area when I was a teenager, and after 25 years, I got to revisit it again to find they are still the best in the area. So happy to see they are still doing it after all these years! They had a great selection of stereo equipment, cassettes, merch and of course, wall to wall vinyl. I can't recommend them enough and I hope to come back soon!

Went in to store to purchase some albums while back. ( on a personal note: I buy albums every week several at a time.) I was the only person in the store that time. I asked the guy that was working that evening "how he was doing". He's response to me was. " I'm to busy to talk to you!" I'm not sure what the problem was with him that evening, but it made a bad impression on me. If you treat all of your customers the way that I was treated. You'll lose a lot of business. I will NOT be double any business with this store on the future! Terrible customer service! Buyer Beware!
