They sent my order to wrong Country. No resolution for 2 months. They take ca 10-20 days to answer e-mails. Experience has not been great, do not recommend.

Have been emailing them for an order I placed for over a month now to change my address, emailed the support email it asked to send to on my confirmation, emailed the regular support email for them, as well as messaged them on Facebook. I got emails back saying I would get a return email in 1-2 days, and never did. Now I will have an order going to an old address and no one will help me resolve it after multiple attempts

They sold me a record in pre-order, but I never received it. After asking them about it, they only told me "sorry, it's sold out". Now they seem to refuse to refund the money I paid them, coming up with all kind of lame excuses.

If I were you, i would not purchase anything from their online store... While the website does say they are experiencing delays due to moving warehouses...I placed an order on 8/27 and it is now 12/12... That is not a delay, that's them not caring at all.. I've sent at least dozen emails, and they just keep saying they'll look into it, but nothing ever gets done...I may as well have burned the money.. Won't happen again.... Forget them
Edit: I finally received my order... It only took 7 months and 3 days...
