Don't post hours open, if you're going to close when you're ready... not when posted. Arrived at 5:50pm & closed, & locked doors. Sign say you close at 6pm... but, you continue grabbing with your friend while I sit in the lost posting this. It's hard to get in at the end of the work day, & we would have been out by 6.😕

Big store with lots of furniture and employees who don't know what they're doing. Very frustrating. I bought 5 pieces and hired someone to pick it up and deliver it because they don't do that which is very inconvenient for the senior citizens in Apache Junction. When he picked it up there was a piece missing and I had to go back to get it. The employees gave me incorrect information on 3 occasions and there's no manager or supervisor. Shop at your own risk

Very poor customer service. Wanted to buy three items and there was nobody there to help load them. Won't waste my time coming here ever again. The woman at the front counter wearing her mask and her rubber gloves. What a joke

Horrific- they stole $50.00 from me. I used to love this place - I have spent well over $1000.00 here in the past. I bought a piece of furniture and had an emergency out of town. I tried to call and was stuck in an endless phone tree. I returned and couldn’t locate the paper receipt. My name and signature were on the receipt and I had a side by side with the sold ticket. The manager is the rudest, most unhelpful person I have ever met. She has no ethical qualities, no manners, no morals and no social skills. How she got the job is beyond me. They forced me to file a fraud dispute and left me in tears and they have a chronic employee issue with this location. I will take this as far as I need to and will not back down. I will post all the images here in next 24 hours. How sad that this place failed on such a monumental level. I hope the director who will be tagged in the pictures later reads this. I go here as I am on small income and its was affordable. I can’t afford to have $50.00 stolen from me.

Just dropped in to make up steps and donate bags BUT what, 50% off store wide!!!👀 That entrainment center was only $200 donation and the iron gate, only $100!!!!! SCORE I love, love, love, SUNSHINE ACRES!!! Thank you for all you do for the kiddos!!!

Everything in the store is retail priced and a lot of it has damaged box's. Very sad at one time this was a great place to find good deals. They really need to rethink what they are doing.....
