Superior Senior Care

These people do not care about the patients. They do not train the employees to take care of you. I just needed them to help me do light housework. Because my feet bust open and I’m a break risk. My task where to clean two restrooms vacuum, and mop I have gloves. Also to change my bed sheets. They sent one person that was saying she was here and never showed up and other had to take a nitroglycerin before she got here. That women need to retire herself. All they want to do is sit on their behinds and talk about what I didn’t have.these kind of people are trying to drain our insurance and not do the work. I would not ever recommend these people that called them selves SUPERIOR SENIOR.

The ladies in the Benton office are great to work with! They work diligently to make sure their clients get the best care they have to offer! They work closely with the caregivers to make sure they understand the needs of the clients. Carol and Kristy pride themselves on always doing their best to make sure the office runs as efficiently as possible. I would highly recommend this office!

Kathy George is the absolute best care giver that works there in my opinion. Her work is her life. She has been with the company for 4 years. In those 4 years she has had 2 clients unfortunately pass away. She attended both of the funerals an continues to visit the families regularly! She loves her clients so much an she treats them like family. If you need a trustworthy, caring, clean, full of life caregiver that will give you her all.... she is most definitely the one!

They have given my cousin the best care ever for the past 4 years and continue to do so much that I have joined their Benton location as a second job. A special thanks to Carol and Krísty for your kind heart and dedication to the best care in town. I’m glad to be apart of the team ?

I’ve been affiliated with Superior Senior Care off and on for over 20 years and I know them to be caring and competent. The team at this office is talented, they know and respect the regulations for the industry, and frankly have set the Gold standard for this industry in our state. This is a tough industry, but this team goes above and beyond to provide the best service possible to our seniors and all persons needing care.

We love Kim she has been a blessing in my life. Best caregiver I ever had. I trust her and she is loyal. Carol and Christy are so nice and a big help to us. We love superior.

I've had a couple good full time caregivers from here. They are helpful and do what is asked of them. There names are Angela Hufford and Cheryl Waller. Angela had to quit due to health reasons but Cheryl has been a great replacement.

Kimberly is very professional, kind, & loving to her patient. She goes above & beyond for her. She is exactly what you look for in a caregiver. I hope when I need special care, Kimberly is available to help me like she is helping my friend now.
