I went here for a Folsom event. Pricing for the event was a bit outrageous but I was definitely impressed with the venue. The venue has one of the best light, laser and sound in the country. This is something SF desperately needed given various places closing over the past several years.

Attended a Turkish DJ Mahmut Orhan event at this venue and had a blast! The laser light setup added to the amazing atmosphere. Loved the backstage area where you could see the artist surrounded by fans. However, the stage could’ve been higher for better visibility of the DJ. Ended up moving to the front rows in the crowd and got a great view of the performance. Overall, a fantastic experience!

A few friends and I recently attended what I thought was an adults-only ice skating event at this establishment.
Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and, more importantly, deeply unprofessional.
First, the advertising for this event was misleading. While it was marketed as an adult-friendly ice skating night, the reality was far from what we expected. The rink itself was incredibly small, the snack options were underwhelming, and the only notable feature seemed to be a White Claw sponsorship, which limited the drink options. Additionally, the tubing attraction didn't function properly and wasn't enjoyable. The staff overseeing this activity seemed irritated and even rude when we used the wrong tube size, which only added to the frustration. While I understand the importance of ensuring guests enjoy themselves, the lack of clear guidance combined with their attitude detracted further from the experience.
That said, I want to commend the security team for their thorough and professional check-in process, as well as the bartender, who was exceptionally kind.
However, the most troubling and unacceptable part of the night involved a Santa Claus performer. To my shock, this individual was visibly intoxicated and behaved inappropriately--grabbing me, placing me uncomfortably close to him, and using an empty vodka bottle to bear his weight on my head. While this may have been intended to be playful, it came across as invasive, triggering, and completely unacceptable. As a survivor of SA, this experience left me shaken, scared, and deeply uncomfortable.
Ileft the event immediately and felt the need to warn others. While I take responsibility for not researching the event more thoroughly, I attended expecting a lighthearted, festive evening with friends--not an uncomfortable and distressing experience.
I hope this feedback encourages management to reevaluate how they organize and supervise their events to ensure they are professional, safe, and accurately Advertised.

A lot to offer! Loved the Van Gogh experience. The Snow SZN experience was great to ice skate with the pretty rooftop and the decor was fun and there were nice areas to sit in, but no snow.

Came for a rave (Klangkuenstler) on Saturday. The bars never had long lines but also security was chill so you could probably bring your own drinks if you put them in a pocket—you’ll need water. I’ve seen people say the sound quality is bad and maybe I just got used to it but it sounded more or less comparable to other things I’ve been to. It was definitely loud. It is really a warehouse so once it started to fill up around midnight with lots of sweaty people it got hot. But the rooftop access is nice to cool off and smoke. I liked that you could walk around the DJ too. The lighting/effects weren’t super special but they did the job—some lasers would have made it amazing.

Nice idea, make sure to dress warm. Really good music!!
Idk why they kept watering th ice = made it more slippery n dangerous for th skaters, who were mostly novice. Th "sledding" was nice, but they need to hv somebody there to give instructions...... doesn't generate any speed.
Tough parking n not very well lite.

Went here fr the Larry June album release party. It was lit. Music was dope. Vendors doing their thing. We left before LJ showed up. Not knowing he would be there. Smh 🤦‍♂️ 😂 all in all, a nice venue with a great atmosphere.

It's nice, the skating rink is too expensive to be a regular activity and pretty empty. That can be good or bad depending what you are looking for.
