Sole, and his amazing crew at Symmetry helped me un-stick many long-standing artistic blocks in my electronic music production journey from Production Workflow to Mastering, Sound Design to Vocal Processing.

Within a month of signing up at Symmetry, I had learned more useful skills about EDM production workflow than I had gathered online, in classes, and “on the streets” in 15 years. Within 3 months I was writing new songs again, but it was much faster, cleaner (or louder), and more fun than before!

With their Mastering Course, they immediately solved my long and convoluted struggle into making consistently clean and loud mixes. They helped me learn by walking me step by step through each of my tracks, putting the process into action with me until I had an understanding and was doing it myself. Not only did I get many of my older tracks ready, now my new tracks come out bangin from the get-go 💥 (so much more fun to produce this way btw)

I thought the intro to sound design course would be too easy for me, but on the contrary… Grant’s lessons and homework had me training my ear in a rudimentary way that was so needed. For me, understanding and practicing the fundamentals really took my sound design to the next level 🔊

After the vocal class at Symmetry, my wife was generating lots of great audio to work with. Luckily, Richy was there to help us understand how to transparently process the vocals (and the rest of the song) so that the mix sounds amazing 👌

All super powerful concepts made simple and available at a fair rate and the “work” on my part was fun! Thank you Symmetry for re-igniting my passion and prepping our songs for release 🔥

My experience was everything I hoped for. I moved from Toronto, Canada specifically for the program and it was the best thing I could have done for my musical journey. Sole was amazing with me throughout the whole process, from the move to working with me in the studio. My music improved immensely in my 3.5 months working with Sole. My friend Alex Elena introduced me to Symmetry Academy, and I instantly fell in love with the place. The studio is a total dream - the sound is next level, and the gear is top-notch. Everyone that works there is so sweet and inviting. I took one-on-one sessions with Sole and can’t recommend them enough. It was exactly what I needed to expand my knowledge and feel more confident in my music. I did a couple of mixing & mastering sessions with Richie, which were also so helpful!

During my time here, I won a remix contest and had a video of my debut single go viral on social media. Symmetry academy has been a huge part of my musical journey as an artist. The staff is extremely helpful, especially Sol. Any questions you have they are very quick to respond and help. It’s not only a school but feels like a family. I’ve worked with many fellow students at symmetry and have laid vocal tracks for them. The recording studio booth and production equipment is the best of the best, always up to date, honestly the best sound system I’ve dealt with in any studio I’ve been to, and the environment is overall more than comfortable and safe. When I need to work on a new track, write a song or need a space to create symmetry academy is my favorite place to do so. My musical journey with symmetry keeps evolving, it’s definitely a place for growth. I highly recommend!
