The rooms are fine and there are plenty of machines to pick from. Great choices for kids, but the customer service is lacking! The current promo of earn $30.00 food credit if you earn 100 points in 48 hours or something like that. I earn it times 10, but the food credit somehow got wiped away over night. I find this out when I try to get a cup of coffee. I thought it would just simply get reinstated, you know, to keep your business, keep the customer happy....but no, they tried to tell me that it expired on 12/31, but the first day I was here was 1/19. Then they get irritated with me because I expect them to honor what they promised.....again, NOPE, I'll have to wait until the rewards center manager comes in and that might be 10 or so, they aren't sure. AND, she says that the manager may not be able to fix it, so I might have to wait until IT can look at. I was only here visiting family with my grandchildren, and rented hotel rooms here. They can see how much we spent here not including the children's entertainment and food. They could have had a life long customer that spends money, but they lost me for sure. Coming from hospitality in the Napa Valley, I can't believe what I just went through! Still no coffee except the horrible room coffee

Fun and you can play any amount from nickel machines to $1- $5 etc. They do allow smoking and it's not designated. Other than that it's really cool. The food is amazing and the desserts are as well. Have Fun!!

Such a fun casino and not just for adults! Fun for the kids as well! Giant pool with lots of fun features! Every time I go to this casino I walk away with more money in my pocket than when I walked in! Great games! Great drinks! Great staff! Can't say enough good about this place! Highly recommended!

A little off the beaten path but we enjoyed our overnight stay. Easy EV charging. We were there on a weekday in November so no problem getting a spot. Check in was friendly and efficient. Hotel hallways have a strong perfumed odor I did not love. We stayed in a king renovated room. They are nicely renovated, very spacious. Would be nice if they added some sitting/lounging furniture. Bathroom glass has a cool privacy feature you can turn on for some privacy in the washroom. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The casino was the biggest non-Vegas casino we have been to. Slots upstairs and downstairs, old games and new games. I can not imagine someone not finding what they want to play. We ate at the food fair upstairs and didn't love the Asian food we chose. Next time I would try the restaurant or sports bar. Would not hesitate to stay here again if in the area. Worked great for a last stop before driving to Palm Springs.

We normally come here to bowl for special occasions every year... but this year was unpleasant ... we were being rushed by the waiter/waitress to close our tab.. we were in the middle of our game.. food half-eaten.. drinks still flowing... obviously not ready to wrap things up.
Talk about rude customer service ..to rush our game... drinks... food. I spoke the manager.. he said this was their policy.. to rush people... close tabs and re-open tabs if you wanted to add additional things. We had a party of about 15 people... we all decided to leave after being treated like that...

Again! Never had that poor of customer service. We would have been there another few hours playing & drinking spending money

I have always had a good experience here. The people are very friendly, very attentive and talkative. The food is fantastic. One of the best steak dinners I’ve ever had bone in ribeye. I’m going to eat the tomahawk one of these days. The beers are a decent price cheaper than most places around. The only negative thing I have to say sometimes my TV doesn’t work in the room and they only can show two games at once and the sports lounge and they’ve got 12 TVs. That’s the only thing that they need to fix my opinion.

The slots rarely pay. The drive coming from Fresno and Madera is long and not worth it. Casino is clean and the amount of parking is good. The drinks at the bar are good and fairly priced. From my experience this casino takes your money and does not pay out.

It was one of the best experiences you can have around here. All workers are helpful and polite. The first machine I put a quarter in I won. And hit 3 big wins well I was there.
