I Came to Germany with Talent Orange . They are a great Recruiting Agency and helped me with everything I needed . The stressful paperwork of entering Germany They handled all that !! . They Paid for my German language course and gave financial assistance during the duration . They Paid for my flight ticket & made sure they found me a good hospital employer and a decent accommodation for starting up . They do not hire nurses, but help ease up the bureaucratic process of entering German and then find employers for you .

Overall, my experience has been great and I would highly recommend Talent Orange for any nurse who wants to work in Germany in future .

My experience with this organization is really not good, they are not honest, they hide relevant information to their clients, they will never be there for you even though they say so. They have poor knowledge of dealing with their foreign clients. They will never have your back if you happen to be in any situation, there way of dealing with issues is really shocking. All in all they are a young unprofessional organization that have interest on its origin only and do not care about their clients who happens to be foreigners. I recommend they regard telling the mighty truth instead. The only positive part about them is letting you get educated on the language, paying for your expenses until you get to Germany (of which you will pay back if anything beyond your control happens) and getting you employed.
