I recently rented the hall for my daughter’s Quinceanera and I didn’t have a great experience. Getting ahold of anyone is nearly impossible. I had to call and leave emails then wait for 3-4 days to get a response. Then when coordinating times I had to go look for them in the hall because they didn’t answer the phone. I have a busy home/work life so this was frustrating.

We rented out the hall to decorate the day before and they had a fish fry going on outside. They had us going in and out of the entrance next to the kitchen. They didn’t want to open any other doors because they had to lock them back up. The entrance to the kitchen was packed with people going to the fish fry. My guests coming to practice the dance were yelled at for going in the wrong parking lot! Then they came and asked us why we didn’t open the front door!? Then we were kicked out and told we had to come back the next day. Whoever we booked with said we can decorate all night and the doors would lock themselves. That was not true. I felt like the people running the hall were breathing down our necks while we were decorating. I’m not sure if they thought we were doing something wrong. It was horrible.

The day of the event was a lot better. Although one of the guys at the bar looked pissed the whole time like he didn’t want to be there. Not friendly which seemed unprofessional. The security guards helped themselves to our food. Then to top it off we never received our deposit back.

Some pros to this situation is they recently renovated the hall and it looks nice. The day of the event we didn’t have anyone breathing down our backs. The floors were dirty when we got there so they added on cleaning service for us- that was nice. I wouldn’t rent this hall again. Planning a big event is stressful enough to have to deal with this.

They've been doing it a long time and they got it down to perfection! Board members work hard to keep the place updated, renovated, maintained. A gem on the West side in a not so great part of town. They've managed to keep it looking nice. Family friendly atmosphere. Updated parking, updated bar, updated hall now with new paint, chandelier, etc. 👌A great place to host an event.

Loved the green cool shaded grounds.
Just a really nice place.
The kitchen was amazing. The cleanliness was great. I especially liked size of the walk in refrigerator and freezer. The ovens , counter space, food prep island were all in good condition.

This place is a great place to host an event. They have a full kitchen, a full bar, restrooms, a great stage, sound system and plenty of space to gather people for your event and make it effective.

We had an even here and it was very memorable and the guests had nothing but good things to say afterwards. They lived the venue and are excited about coming back again next year as this is an annual event.
