The staff here go out of their way to make your experience exceptional. Katelynn was more than patient with our 7 year old and made the concert going experience so worthwhile. The Bomb Factory is such a great place to see a concert!!

The venue itself was great—good acoustics, solid lighting, and the staff were generally helpful.

However, a major downside was the lack of any free water sources. With no fountains, guests were forced to buy $6 bottles of water. What’s worse, outside water wasn’t allowed in, effectively leaving people no choice. For a pit-style, high-energy concert this isn’t just inconvenient—it feels irresponsible and ethically questionable. The show was repeatedly disrupted as medics had to push through the packed crowd to assist those who had collapsed.

Such a sick venue! Place is absolutely huge on the inside, AC works so well I had goosebumps from being cold (which never happens at my local venues), staff was friendly and the stage security guards were absolutely awesome! Would definitely travel to see another show here!

Love this place! Love the people! From the moment you walk in, there just so much excitement. The energy, the atmosphere, the people, it all makes this place so special.

I’d say it’s one of Dallas Deep Ellum most iconic spots, hands down!

I have had GA tickets for this venue for a while. While waiting for the show, I tore my Achilles tendon and was put into a medical walking boot. When I arrived Wednesday, my friend went to find the manager to ask if I could sit in the accessible area. He told her "ask after 9 pm". WHAT?! My injury only applies after a certain time?!? I was annoyed but understood others might need it more and decided I would ask again later.

So after my boot was kicked, stomped, tripped over, and spilled beer into, I went back to that area after 9 pm when 4 medical attendants were there and I asked if I could just stand behind the chairs so people would stop kicking my leg. It was excruciating. I didn't even ask for the chair the medical attendants were lounging on scrolling on their phones. I just wanted to stand out of the way and out of the crowd. The answer was "no you should have pre-planned your injury!" WHAT?!

They were so UNACCOMMODATING yet I stood near the accessible area all night and there was room to allow me to stand in the back.

I've been to thousands of venues all over Texas for 25 years and these security/ medical "professionals" were by far the least compassionate I have ever encountered.
