Cheesecake Factory highland village is my new favorite spot in town. The waitress was very attentive! The food came out quick. We ordered Calamari, crispy chicken and sesame ginger chicken. We love to try new dishes and very impressed what we had was very delicious. We love the variety they have and the service was great! We don’t have to wait the drink and everything came out in timely manner. I would like to say special thanks to our waitress, Aileen! Thank you for the great service today, our family really had the best dining experience.

This establishment is highly recommended for both lunch and dinner. The hostess was courteous, attentive, and exuded a warm and welcoming demeanor. Upon being seated, we were promptly provided with menus. The restroom facilities were clean and well-maintained. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable, offering suggestions for appetizers. We opted for the crab cake bites, which were delectable. We made healthy lunch selections, appreciating the availability of lighter fare for those seeking a more balanced diet. The service provided by our server was excellent and attentive throughout the meal. We concluded our dining experience with great satisfaction. While we did not indulge in their renowned pie selection on this occasion, we look forward to doing so in the future.

Our meals were perfect. I just think this place is a bit overpriced for lunch. Service was slow, and it was not busy. But, the food was very good.

Great ambience . Unfortunately Food service is terrible. Stopped by around 8.30pm and they said sold out this dish, that dish etc. terrible. Ordered 2 dish and they said they have only one. Gave alternate option and came back and said they dont have and server said try this, thats my favorite 😂😂😂.. really? I want to eat what i like ! Again, first experience was really good and not the second time. Also table provided was not comfortable, they just joined 2 tables and they were uneven.

From 2/15/2025- I went to brunch with a friend. Cheesecake Factory was good as always! I ended the meal with a to go piece of Carmelious Cheesecake!

I hadn't been to the new Cheesecake Factory since it opened, and today was time for a much needed slice of Cheesecake kind of day. One of my favorites is the Chocolate Carmelious Cheesecake made with Snickers!!! Yum! I went to the Cheesecake counter. The service was ok, and I was in and out in about 10 minutes.

Feb2025: 5⭐: I would recommend this restaurant location and the workers making our meals happen.
I visited this restaurant location after a fairly bad to ordinary to go order. The was picked up by my spouse a week ago. I was intent on covering this location as a result to advise the community readers. I decided to eat inside the restaurant to evaluate everything I could see in my time at the location. The service didn't disappoint. This visit was on a Sunday and it was fairly busy. The server was pretty good and she kept checking on us routinely as we ate. Each of our meals arrived in a timely fashion and was delivered hot and freshly prepared for consumption. The restaurant appears to be a standard type set up for a Cheesecake Factory restaurant. The location is in the foot print of Highland Village shopping center. There are handicap parking spaces available in the area as well as general parking spaces to include ones for larger vehicles.

Wanted a quiet dinner date w/ my hubby after traveling for over a week. Ended up having a delicious appetizer and dinner w/ Wonderful Service, on the patio. Not only did Dominick J attend to us, but we watched him take care of the whole patio, including a large party and another family table, running non-stop, w/ accuracy and care. He is Absolutely the kind of employee 8 would hire, in a heartbeat. When we asked for the manager, Cristen P, not only were we greeted w/ complete professionalism, smiles and respect, but kindness and consideration for her staff. We ended up making friends w/ another late night guest, and their dogs, whom showed up late, but were invited onto the patio, even so close to closing, w/ kindness and no rush.
Overall, it was a Beautiful night, with good food, cooked exactly as we specified, Great Service and Wonderful Management. We thought we were just going on a dinner date, we ended up making friends and having a Fantastic Experience.
Thank you to Cheesecake Factory Highland Village TX for an Amazing Date Night. We Absolutely recommend this location. We’ve only had great experiences here and will definitely be back.
