Apart from the beauty of the grounds, the best part about this venue is the on-site convenience for EVERYTHING: private and separate bride and groom "getting ready" areas; beautiful photo locations; ceremony, cocktail hour and reception; intimate areas for you and guests to relax and get cozy on chilly nights; heaters OR fans to ease temperature conditions; professional staff; NSB Wedding Decor is right there and has you covered for whatever you can think of.

Bonus note -- they totally accommodated us having our 2 dogs in our wedding and allowed us to have them stay in their crate/playpen in the groom/bride "getting ready" suites during our reception.

Absolutely STUNNING venue. From the moment you step onto the property you feel immense peace. The love and care that is put into the grounds is very obvious. The cottages are immaculate and the layout is so nice for a wedding or any kind of event. The flexibility of the space with the different areas allows you to create your dream event so easily. I don't know where to begin, but in the best way possible! I had the pleasure of visiting and working with the Delamater House this past Spring (March 2024) as a dear friend and colleague of mine was married here. She and I met in the wedding industry, where we still partner together on a variety of weddings and events. Being able to celebrate her on the other side of the fold was an absolute treat!

We saw the Delamater House online once she booked the space and being accustomed to seeing so many venues and spaces, we thought it was beautiful and a fun, new space for us to create in. When we stepped on foot for the first time, we were blown away! We almost felt like the photos online really didn't do the grounds justice. It is beautiful -- lush, set back, and a fun place to call home for the evening!

On top of how special the space really is, I would be remiss not to call out the absolute star of the entire weekend, which was Brett, their onsite manager! This wedding was full to the brim with event industry folks and every single one of us is still talking about how much we love and adore Brett. The amount of time, effort, and heart he puts into every step he takes on that property is so well noticed and widely felt! He took the best care of us and was 110% always on top of things. He cares so much about what he does and how couples and their guests experience the space -- it undoubtedly makes a huge difference!

A big thank you goes to Brett! We'd steal you away if we could!

The second my husband and I step foot on the property of the Delamater House, we fell in love with it. We knew this was the place to host the most special day of our lives, our wedding day! They have a gorgeous set up for EVERYTHING that brings you to different areas around the property (ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception). They also have the cutest suites for the bridesmaids and groomsmen to get ready in! The staff did such an amazing job for our day. We couldn't be thankful enough to everyone who was involved in making our day so perfect!

My husband and I got married here in November 2021 and it couldn’t have been more perfect! We fell in love with this venue the moment we saw it. There’s something about his place that’s just pure magic. We have had multiple guests from our wedding say it was the coolest, most beautiful wedding venue they’ve ever been to! Even our photographers, who have been all over the world, were so impressed. On top of that, it’s owned and managed by the sweetest family. They really treat you like family and care so much about your special day - you’re not just another couple on their calendar. Unbelievably beautiful and the perfect location for my daughter’s and now son-in law’s wedding! The venue is just lush and lavish with trees and nature surrounding you. The covered barn setting with all the different areas to have the ceremony, dinner, band, cake, memorabilia, fireplace, and separate outside bar area was just so spacious and elegantly decorated. They encourage you to bring your own personal touches to make your day even more perfect! Having the cottage and bungalow for the wedding party to get ready prior was so convenient and made the prepping so easy. Kayla and Ashley and their team are incredibly knowledgeable, personable and helpful in guiding you to planning the perfect dream wedding! From months before to the day of, they are there to help you create the day you’ve dreamed of! I just can’t say enough accolades to them all! My deepest gratitude to making my baby girl’s day the fairytale story she always wanted!
