I’ve been cast for everything from top named print work to major motion pictures and Diamond is responsible for helping me get there. At first I heard great things about this agency but I can’t seem to understand where all the hype is coming from. I applied to this agency and almost right away they sent me the welcome package. Cool I sent everything in and after that heard NOTHING from them. The day I received the welcome package which was August 3, 2023 was the one and only time I received an email. Other than that there were no calls, no further emails, nada! I finally get an email from Marsha on Actors Access (January 15th) stating, “This is an automatic message notifying you that your Talent Representative, The Diamond Agency, Inc., has removed you from their client roster. If you believe this to be in error, please contact The Diamond Agency, Inc. to resolve the matter. They will be able to reactivate you as a client.” I didn’t hear anything from them regarding gigs or any other communication for that matter. If you didn’t want me to begin with then why sign me onto your agency. It’s unprofessional and I will never apply to this agency again. Good riddance.
