This is a great stop if you visit SoFi Stadium. Quite a few clothing items to pick from for all ages. If you are a Rams fan it is a must see.

This review is based on the customer service and not the merchandise quantity and quality.
The merchandise within the store is great, you will definitely find something for everyone.
The part I'm baffled about is, NO ONE spoke to me, no welcome, no can I help you find something, no do you have any questions, just absolutely nothing.
There was about 6-7 store associates on the sales floor and maybe just one other customer besides myself in the store.
Due to the fact that no one cared that I was in their store to purchase item's, I decided to just buy online.
If you're looking for friendly customer service then DO NOT go to the Equipment Room.

This store sucks, it says it closes at 6. And they closed it an hour and a half early. We walked through the whole stadium and was given incorrect directions multiple times. But made sure to ask that it would still be open when we got there. Which it wasn’t. It just sucks it was our first time here and didn’t get to buy merch to remember the experience.

Love coming to LA for work and stopping by the Equipment Room on my one day off just to see the entrance blocked off with bike rack even though the glass door is open and they’re listed as open online. Talked to the SoFi workers in the tour check-in area and they just acted like I was dumb and didn’t bother to help at all. Called the stadium and talked to guest services and they said it should be open. Transferred me to the store and couldn’t get to a live person. Meanwhile I’m watching a tour come out of the store and literally have to climb over/around the bike rack to get out.

Always easy to get in and out, even with big lines.
We had a small issue with an item immediately after purchasing and Alan was super helpful in getting the problem resolved and sent us on the way, happy with our new merch! The staff were all very nice and friendly.

Went on Saturday before a Bolts MNF game and it was all Rams gear (SNF). Really gotta do better for the fans of the playoff bound team

Y'all really need a better way for us fans on game day to have access to the store if our seats are on the other side of the stadium from the store, and then after the game there's no access since the staff is just pushing everyone to the exits and there's no re-entry on the side where the store is. Store is open 1 hour after the game but yet terrible system for the access to the shop on gamedays.

Must have 250 shirts on sale of the same 7 players. Chargers screwed up my order so when I came over for a game I wanted to get a Salyer or Zion jersey non of which were available and staff refused to make one despite all the presses being switch on upstairs.

Very poor way to treat a fan

Also the prices and way more expensive than surrounding big box retail stores.
