Just saw a wonderful rendition of Heathers! It was so much fun and the little venue that the Ooley theater is, made the performance much more real and exciting. The entire experience was fantastic. We will be back. Congratulations to the entire cast of Heathers. Fabulous job!

An owner that cares and wears her heart on her sleeve. I’ve seen a lot of great shows here and I can’t wait to see more.
The owner puts writers/actors/ and first time directors first and that’s not something any other theater has done for the community.

Cute little theater. Not a bad seat in the house. No food or drink available and parking is a bit of work, but worth it. Saw a great play.

Have seen many shows in this cute little theatre and they have all been excellent (can't wait to see Shirley Valentine - showing now).
The new owner is a talented, dedicated director/actor/etc. who puts a lot of thought into what will happen in this tiny jewel of the Sacramento theatre scene.

Went to see Daddy's Dyin', Who's Got The Will on their opening night! It was very funny and the cast did an amazing job! I recommend seeing it before it's over!
As for the theater is quaint and cozy! Loved the whole experience!

This would be a great venue. For theater. For live comedy. For anything. Beautiful little black box theater on the edge of midtown. But a cantankerous drunk owns it. He drunkenly fights with people attempting to put on shows. Also heard he'll cross stage during plays while they're happening like it's just okay.
Tl;dr:
Ooley Theater-yes.
Mr
Ooley-stay away!
