I love this venue. It has not changed much or at all, since I saw RUSH in the early 80's here. You can bring a paper ticket if you want and have it scanned at the gate. It's not that large and there really isn't a bad seat in the house. We felt the breeze from the ocean while enjoying Bonnie Raitte. She sounded fabulous!

Good size venue for concerts. Not too big, not too small. Good stage views from any section. Merch and food booths are normally well stocked and offer a good variety. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because getting out of the parking lot after a show is horrible. I don’t think it’s the venues fault. It would help if the city controlled traffic flow out of the parking lot.

Rad shows! Pacific Amphitheater is a Great venue, freeway traffic & parking can be crazy at the fairgrounds, get ready for up to an hour of waiting+parking+walking. Arrive early. Concerts & Comedy gigs are nice. OK selection of food & refreshments, Good beer selections. Bring the whole family, but concerts might get smoky... $$$$

Our concert was 7/31. It was during the week while the OC FAIR was happening. We got there early for the fair, then got in to the Amphitheatre when the gates opened. We had ADA complaint seating. Just note that you must walk across the whole venue in order to get to the ramps to the 2 lower seating areas. No elevators for patrons, only employees. So if someone has a hard time walking long distances make sure they have a wheelchair or scooter. It will be much easier because it is quite a distance. There was a variety of food venders with similar price points but still a little less expensive than the fair itself. Coffee, Desserts, BBQ, Mexican food, beer. Make sure you walk around to all the sections of food vendors before making a decision. I did not notice this until just before intermission when I went to use the restroom. It would have saved me from buying “junk food” (polish sausage) versus a healthier option. Fresh fruit, Corn in a cup, grilled taco. I ended up throwing the sausage away after one bite because it was bland and GREASY. So I was happy to find the corn and ate that. The employees were courteous and helpful with people finding their seats and with making sure those who were not in the correct seat, were asked to move, respectfully. The concert itself was amazing! Sound quality is great and any seat in the house has a great view. I just prefer sitting in the center! We really enjoyed Moris Day and the Time/Kool and the Gang.

Literally the best venue I’ve ever been to!! I saw Big time rush here and had the best time ever!!! The workers were so nice and helpful and helped us find our seats. I love how this venue is outside I had section 3 which is a little more off to the side of the stage but still a great spot. Everything was so organized and went so smoothly so excited to see next summer’s lineup since I will definitely be coming back.

Very nice venue! I had been to so many rock concerts and I am sure this place is the one of the best, not only for rock music but the others like pop. The views from any seats look awesome. You can enjoy the show anytime from any seats. Very happy when I lived so close here, walking only 5 or 10 minutes, didn’t have to use parking spaces. However, if you need to use parking, it’s not so bad like somewhere in LA… as it’s in OC, the time is passing calmly and peacefully…

Smaller than most outdoor venues, allows for better viewing experience. Sound is better if you are closer to stage. Re-entry was allowed for this concert (311, AWOL nation, Neon Trees) 8/27/24. Beer pricing = $12 for 24 ounce can. Easy to navigate due to smaller size. Smoking is allowed outside venue, which isn't too far, just outside of main entrance.
