An amazing, professional, multi-functional, well-priced, and clean theatre and event space run by the friendliest staff in LA!! I produce an industry showcase for Tisch School of the Arts alumni and we were lucky enough to host it at The Pico last February. Everything about our experience was fantastic. At any point during our process - from auditions to performance - if we ran into a problem, had a question, needed a piece of equipment, etc. Mika and her staff were immediately available to go above and beyond to make sure our show was a success. The dressing rooms are spacious and clean with a relaxing green room space and full kitchen and laundry. The rehearsal/classroom space is large and bright. The theatre is everything you could hope for; because you can move the seating and risers into any configuration you have so many options for staging and audience capacity. Plus the theatre is fully-equipped with new lighting, sound, and projection equipment. They even helped us find a fantastic, reasonably priced stage manager. We have already booked the space for next year's showcase! Additionally, I've started privately teaching a weekly class in the rehearsal/classroom and producing other theatre and staged readings at The Pico. I've been producing theatre and events for over twenty years and The Pico is now my "go to" space in Los Angeles.

Had fun with friends watching a sketch comedy and improv show. It’s really fun to get out and see really people perform instead of watching everything on a phone. 📱

An intimate independent theater. Great for plays, comedy shows and other performing arts. Only 100 seats, so you get to be a part of what's going on on stage.

Great space. Friendly, warm and clean. Staff is terrific. Lighting is excellent. A very comfortable place. The play we saw was "James and The Giant Peach." We took our children and they loved it! So did I. Bravo.

It is a cute, small, place perfect for small plays. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking wasn't bad at all, you just need to be catefully read the restrictions. It is definitly not a place for big productions. At the time when I attended the sound system wasn't working very well and some actors and singers had to perform without it. It wasn't a problem since the place is very small but it took Something from the delivery of the songs. Over all not a bad place.

Just saw Much Ado About Shakespeare's performance of The Tragedy of Hamlet. It was so good, I had to see both showings! Parking is pretty easy at the golf course as long as you leave before they lock the gate at 10pm, or street parking.
