I went with my girlfriend to see Miranda Lambert. The concert was AWESOME!! However, the seating sucks! The chairs are NOT fixed and there are NO tiers like an amphitheater is supposed to be. They are set on level ground. Therefore, it doesn't make since to pay top dollar for front row seats when the people are standing up the whole time and you can't see beyond them. Also, there's only one bathroom area and the lines were a mile long. If you go, just get the basic tickets and you'll be glad you did.

Great concept with fantastic sound and food trucks. Clean restrooms and friendly staff. The biggest disappointment is that the lawn area is flat. Seems like if it had a slope, then the people in the back could have a much better view.

The amphitheater grounds are beautiful: the stage, the bathrooms, etc. are all very nice! Will go back, for sure. Didn't give 5 stars: 1) the lines for drinks (water, beer, alcohol) were too long... It took nearly an hour to get through the line at any point in the 3+hours we were there for the concert. One way to help, possibly, put a second person at each of the carts against the fence: one to take payment, the other to get the order together. 2) the website advertised "local food trucks" and I found the equivalent of carnival food trucks serving $18 hamburgers that look like the ones you'd buy premade at Sam's Club. Maybe it's a work in progress.

1st time at this venue. Great small open air Amphitheater. Miranda Lambert and Marty Stuart. I went back and sat in the lawn the next evening for Jewell and Melissa Etheridge. Only complaint I had about Saturday night was the lack of video screens. Somewhere down the line if possible you should invest in the screens at least at the sides. I talked with people on the lawn that were there Friday and they were surprised they weren't there. I was in the music business for a while. Some artists tour with them. Some artists request the lighting company provide them and some venues have them in place already. Would definitely make for a better experience from the lawn if they were in place for every show. Alot of people can't afford the more expensive tickets up close. Just a thought. Thanks.

Amphitheatre definition; an open Circular or oval building with a central space surrounded by TIERS of seats for spectators, for the presentation of dramatic or sporting events. This should be called the Lawn, it's just flat with a raised stage. That being said, the audio was good. Bathrooms are nice, food/drinks are bend over and take a deep breath. That's par for the course at this point. Charging to park at the big empty mall seems egregious. There's a playground to occupy the kids.

This was my first experience at The Sound since it opens a few months ago and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! I love concerts, and go a lot, so I'll definitely be back here. I would recommend the VIP parking. I believe it's worth it.

No bad seat in the place! Music sounded great! Just wish they would either have unisex bathrooms or if it's predominantly a female event, make the bathroom closest, both women. Other than that, I think drinks are cheaper than most venues. It was great!

A very nice Amphitheater ? short wait for clean bathrooms. Great acoustics and I look forward to seeing more shows here. TobyMac should play here
