If I could spend the day in there I literally would. They help my creativity flourish in ways I can’t explain. Darla and Jessica have some of the most amazing customer service and customer care is better than Chick-fil-a. If asked would I recommend 1000/10 times a day. Also the stock is unmatched if they don’t have it, they’ll get it… if they can’t get it they’ll help find it. Check em out

Been at least 4 maybe 5 times very sweet ladies makes you feel welcome an doesn't pressure u to buy or feel any less if u can't afford to buy what ur wanting or needing. As a single mom with 4 younger beautiful girls an trying to start my own small business the 1 time I dropped my pride an took the chance of not getting much information I was needing help with to get started an not getting much from the few others I asked in the past the lady went above anyone I ever even spoke to about needing help an imsure she could tell I was struggling asking for help because I didnt want to feel stupid to the t-shirt tumbler etc designing due to prior stores I asked for help an got no where but actually gave up on even trying to continue with my business due to way 1 company made me feel so I jut was wanting to make mgirls an my self a couple new shirts an needed help so I didn't waste my funds an not have any shirts out the deal I started with my question an she placed her hand on my shoulder said it's okay no one is born knowing everything an us older folks learn it to teacher the ones who want to pick up a hobby or even ur case ur business if it's ur dream don't give up an she helped me decide to try again as well as many tips an ideas so I can't thank them enough an i feel so horrible I can't remember the lady's name but if she has kind of salesmanship ship an big hearted I'm sure anyone there does as well so i recommand them to anyone I'm own living 2 hrs an 30 mins away an haven't had the money to go but I do plan on trying by this weekend so I can grab some things so i csn try get this business going agsin . So that should tell ys its well worth that kindabdrive just for the hospatialy even more their products. So need ad ice tips help products from matiral to michenas tumblers heat transfers these ladies who im sure is also WOMAN OWED AN RAN are th ones to go to ... Purchased 2 t-shirts to have a old black & white photo transferred on them. Was extremely pleased with the way the shirts came.out. They even embellished around the picture and added writing underneath.

The Vinyl Hub went above and beyond in their service and craftsmanship. I reached out in the hopes of ordering a custom pregnancy announcement shirt. I needed the shirt in a very quick turnaround and they were the only company able to complete the order in time. Everyone was so welcoming and really listened to my ideas for the shirt. Jessica came up with several great design options and helped me in selecting the t-shirt color. Darla was happy to tweak the design to my liking. They have great prices and offer so many services. I am SO HAPPY with my shirt. It is absolutely perfect and it made the best surprise for my family. I will definitely be coming back to The Vinyl Hub!

**Update: After speaking to them about our initial issue we are very pleased how they handled everything and cared about us as their customer. We also appreciate how timely the turn around was after the artwork was approved. We wanted to update the review so that if there are any other potential clients out there that read this, please note that they handled our complaint with complete professionalism and we are EXTREMELY pleased with how the shirts turned out.

We are very frustrated by the lack of follow through with this company. We ordered tshirts from them and paid upon ordering. Two weeks go by without any communication. We called them and requested an update on Friday and they tell us we will have our design to approve by Monday. We called on Monday and they said our design will be emailed to us the same day to approve. It’s after Monday and we never received the design to approve and they did not communicate that they were behind. They said they have our tshirts in stock and the last is to get the design completed. They’ve had two weeks to finish the design and it’s not a complicated one. We want to continue giving our business to this local shop however, we are extremely dissatisfied with the follow through and will most likely be taking our business in the future elsewhere. We understand that there’s only one graphic designer but do not promise your customer that you will send them something and not follow through with it.
